Members win awards...
A huge
congratulations to Steve Forbes (ACT ESA and EMSINA Chair) who won the 2014
Professional of the Year at the 2014 Asia-Pacific Spatial Excellence Awards in
Brisbane.
Another massive achievement at the 2014 Asia-Pacific
Spatial Excellence Awards; the Tasmanian Department of Primary Industries,
Parks, Water and Environment (DPIPWE), won the Technical Excellence award for
the Spatial Information Foundations Project, incorporating the Tasmanian
Emergency Management Common Operating Platform (COP).
